RESIDENCY PROGRAMS

Started in 1983 at Emory University Hospital by Dr. Victor Lampasona, the pharmacy residency programs have evolved along with changes in healthcare over the past 20 years. The Emory Healthcare program now includes two primary teaching sites and 22 onsite clinical pharmacists. Emory Healthcare has graduated over 80 residents to date and now offers three ASHP-accredited residency programs in the areas of:

For those individuals seeking additional training in the area of solid organ transplantation, a 18-24 month post-doctoral pharmacy transplant fellowship is available through the Center of Transplantation at Emory Healthcare.
